Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Hello!  Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a good week so far!  Sorry to have been MIA for a couple of weeks.  We have a lot going on in real life and I haven't had much time for crafting or the computer.  Just in time before another challenge starts at the end of the week, here is my DT card for last week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz.  The theme this week was a color inspiration.  You can use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must have a hand-colored image somewhere  on your project to enter.

Here is the color inspiration photo, courtesy of Design Seeds:

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Elegant Eggplant and the patterned papers are from a K & Co. stack.  I can't remember which one.  The beautiful image is Ethnic Necklaces Girl by Lemon Shortbread from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I colored her with my Copics and added lots of sparkle to her necklaces with Stickles.  I didn't add anything else.  I wanted this dramatic image to be the focus.

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you had a good week and you have some fun plans for the weekend.  It's supposed to rain again here, which is not good since we are trying to get some painting done on the house.  Looks like it might be another indoor sort of weekend.  That's OK, because there's never a lack of things that need doing around the house.  Anyway, I am here now with mt DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "party time" in honor of Its My Party Day on October 11th.  Anything party-related will work, but you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter the challenge.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned paper is from the Prima Melody 6x6 pad (I think).  The sweet image is Love is in the Air by Katerina Koukiotis from Sweet Pea Stamps. I colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is computer-generated (by me).  A simple satin bow finished my card.

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you had a great week and you have fun palns for the weekend!  It is supposed to rain all weekend here, so I am guessing our weekend activities will be limited to indoors.  That's OK.  I've got lots to catch up on inside.  I am popping in with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme for this first week of October is "anything Alice in Wonderland" in honor of Mad Hatter Day coming up on Tuesday.  Anything "Alice" will work, but please remember you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Blue Denim and the patterned papers are from the Little Yellow Bicycle Feels Like Home 6x6 pad.  The fun AIW image is Alice Drink Me by Elaine Cox from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I colored it all with my Copics.  I added a few playing cards that I cut out with my Cameo.  A chevron-striped ribbon bow and a wooden clock face finished my card.
