Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Tempting Turquoise and the patterned papers are from the Amy Tangerine Sketchbook 6x6 pad.  The fun image is Stella/Gus - Marriage - Commitment & Insanity from Bugaboo Stamps.  I colored it with my Copics and added some Glossy Accents to their glasses.  The sentiments, both inside and out, are from the same set.   A few faceted gems from my stash finished my card.

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  I hope you had a great week and you have fun plans for the weekend.  Thankfully, I am feeling better today, so I am trying to get myself back on track with my crafting and blogging.  I am here now with my DT post for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme for this last week of the month is "anything goes" with the option to add a Christmas twist.  The twist is completely optional, of course.  You may use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must still have a colored image as part of your project.

Here is my card:

I didn't go with the Christmas twist this time.  My card base and mats are SU Night of Navy and the patterned papers are from my stash.  I have no idea which pads they came from.  The fun image is Rosie the Riveter from Bombshell Stamps.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my copics.  The sentiment is from the same digi set.  I cut out a few gears from mirror cardstock with my Cameo.  The mirror stock is very hard to photograph!  Next time, I will use foil paper instead.  A simple bow and a few silver pearls finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Here is my blue/green card:

My card base and mats are Kiwi Kiss and the patterned papers are from the Echo Park Paradise Beach 6x6 pad.  The pretty image is Nimiane Mermaid from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I colored in soft aqua shades with my Copics.  I added Liquid Pearls to her hair and Green and Crystal Stickles to the shells and spots.  I also added some Glossy Accents to the bubbles.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.   That's it.  I didn't want to add anything else this time.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

We are being sponsored by Elphine House Australia.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Innocent Pink and the beautiful patterned paper is a digital paper from Michele Roos' Butterfly Garden collection.  She generously shared this one as a freebie awhile back.  The sweet image is Sophie's Birthday Balloon from Elphine House Australia.  I stamped it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  It's hard to see, but I added a little bit of White Opal Liquid pearls to her bracelet.  The sentiment is from SU.   Some beautiful lace, Wild Orchid flowers and lots of pearls finished my card.

Please welcome "Reading Buddies" to the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection! Isn't this just the cutest image?  It was brought out of Elisabeth's archives and made into a digi.  I think it was originally a rubber stamp from SCACD.  I'm the first stop on the hop, so you should start here.  The whole line-up is listed below and on the Digi Bells blog.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Melon Mambo and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Sweet Notes and Color & Composition collections.  I colored the adorable Reading Buddies with my Copics.  A polka dot ribbon bow and a few gems from my stash finished my card.

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  My week has been busy and today is no exception.  In fact, this is my first post of two I'll have today.  Even my DT schedule is busy!  Anyway, I am here with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge on The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "angels", in honor of "Be an Angel" Day, which I believe is actually today.  You can use any kind of angel you'd like and any coloring medium, but you must have a colored image on your project.

Here is my angel card:

My card base and mats are SU Soft Sky and the patterned papers are from the Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings 6.5x6.5 pad.  I embossed the middle panel of patterned paper with two Sizzix embossing folders - Air Mail Stamp and Clocks.  The image is Wither by Rebecca Sinz from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I know she is supposed to be a dark angel, but I made her a soft and pretty angel instead.  She is printed on MiC Blending Card and colored with my Copics.    A silk bow and a few pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Elphine House Australia Challenge #61

Hi there!  Happy Wednesday (at least in Brisbane).  It's still Tuesday night here and it's time for me to share my DT card for this month's Elphine House Australia Challenge.  The theme this month is "recycle or re-use something" for your project.  That leaves it pretty wide open, but please remember that you must use an Elisabeth Bell image.  It can be from any company that carries Elisabeth Bell designs.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Summer Starfruit and the patterned papers are from the Kaisercraft Botanical Odyssey 6.5x6.5 pad.  The sweet image is Emma's Gift of Love from Elphine House Australia.  I stamped her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  My recycled/reused item is the doily in the background.  I lifted it from under a dessert dish at dinner recently.  I actually do that whenever they are still in decent condition.  You never know when a used doily will come in handy  for card projects!  The scalloped border is a diecut from the same paper pad.  A few gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored-image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Elphine House Australia challenge blog and check out the gorgeous creations from Lynda and Julie.  We hope you will play along!  You have until Tuesday, September 16th, Brisbane time to enter your project.  Don't forget to use an Elisabeth Bell image.

Sketch Saturday #323

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  As I mentioned yesterday, I am away for a couple of days and this is a pre-scheduled post, so I hope it goes off as planned.  I am here to share my DT card for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.  We are sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts who are offering a £10.00 GC to their online store.

Here is this week's great sketch from Alex:
Here is my card:

I did a little tweaking by flipping the sketch and moving the sentiment a little.  My card base and mats are SU Kiwi Kiss and the patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Jasmine die cut pad. The sweet image is Fairy Faye Catches a Star from Tiddly Inks.  I colored her with my Copics awhile back during one of Alyce's Kit and Clowder color-alongs.  I finished coloring her and added some White Paint Pen accents and Goldenrod Stickles to the stars. The sentiment is In The Dark digi From QKR Stampede.  A few gold stars punched from glitter paper finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  It will be happy for me if you see this post on time!  I had to go out of town for a couple of days, so my next two posts will be pre-scheduled.  I won't have much internet access until I'm back home, but I will try to check in occasionally.  Today, I am sharing my DT post for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is a color inspiration.  You don't have to match the colors exactly, but we want to recognize the color palette on your creation.  You can now use any coloring medium you'd like for the challenge, but you must still have a colored image as part of your project.

Here is the color inspiration, courtesy of Design Seeds:

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Rose Red and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Plum Seed collection.  The adorable image is Jacque With Lily from Art by Mi Ran.  It was generously shared as a freebie when the Facebook group reached 600 members.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I added some White Gel Pen and Ice White Pearl Pen accents.  The banner was cut with the Party Banner die from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  Two wooden butterflies and a few Wild Orchid Crafts flowers finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:
